Marcelo Sosa IudicissaAdministrator, department of scientific policies, European Parliament, Brussels. Previously, has held positions in teaching, research, consulting and management, with universities, official institutions and companies in the regions of the Americas and in Spain.

His experience with the European Union includes a period as scientific officer with the European Commission. He has worked in thematic areas such as research and technological development, health sciences, education and training, knowledge management and electronic commerce. Has published and edited several books on health, management, information technology and the Internet.
